Abstract Submission

1. Only abstracts written in English will be accepted. 
2. The abstract should contain no more than 250 words. 
3. CAPITALIZE the entire title and UNDERLINE the name of author who will present the paper.

How to Submit:     

Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted. 

Abstracts may be submitted for either oral or poster presentation. The scientific committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference. 

Abstracts must be submitted only in English. Before submitting the abstract, the presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the abstract’s content and agree to its submission.

DO NOT submit abstracts that have been previously presented at an international conference or published. 

Only by selecting the “Online submission” link button below and following the steps guided by our website. You will be led to the presenter profile creation page and presentation submission form. Fill in your personal information, click to preview your submission, and then click to finish.

The deadline for abstract submission is April 1, 2023.

Once your submission is complete, you will receive a confirmation email automatically. For further information and inquiries, please contact our team at info@apicc2023.com for any information and inquiries. 

Abstract notifications will be sent to submitting authors via email by April 30, 2023. 

Presentation Award:

Accepted oral presentations will get FREE conference registration. 

Oral presenters will get USD 500 as the winner, USD 300 as 1st runner-up.

Best poster presenters will be awarded USD 250.

All oral or poster presenters will receive the certification of attendance.
